| 构建师生思政贯通体系是中医药人才培养的重要环节。该体系的构建以江西中医药大学的实践探索为基础，其建设
和实施紧紧围绕立德树人根本任务，立足中医药特色优势，疏通各环节、各部门相对分离的格局，根据中医药院校师生成长
成才特点，从畅通协同机制、创新培养模式、加强队伍建设、完善评价体系等4 个贯通师生思政教学相长的重点方向，构建
双向奔赴、协同互动、多维创新的中医药院校思政教育新格局。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Building a comprehensive system of ideological and political education between teachers and students is an important aspect
of talent cultivation in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). The construction of the system is based on the practical explorations of Jiangxi
University of Chinese Medicine. Its construction and implementation closely around the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing
talent, based on the characteristics and advantages of TCM, dreg the pattern of relative separation of various links and departments. Based on
the characteristics of growth and development among faculty and students in TCM colleges and universities, a new framework for ideological
and political education will be established. This framework will focus on four key areas that integrate teaching and learning: streamlining
collaborative mechanisms, innovating training models, strengthening faculty development, and refining evaluation systems. It aims to foster a
dynamic, interactive, and multidimensional approach to ideological and political education that benefits both teachers and students. |
