| 新质生产力为药学学科的创新发展提供了新机遇与新挑战。新质生产力与药学创新实验实践教学体系的结合是当前
药学高等教育教学改革的重要方向。通过剖析新质生产力的内涵与特征，精准定位药学创新人才所需具备的核心素养与关
键能力，探讨新质生产力背景下药学专业创新实验实践教学体系的构建目标与药学专业实验实践教学改革路径，进而进一步
构建与新质生产力需求相适应的药学专业立体化、多层次、多元化、多样式实验实践教学体系，从而使药学专业实验实践教
学体系的改革朝科学化、智能化、个性化和国际化的方向演进，为药学专业实验实践教育革新提供有力的理论支撑与实践指
导，满足药学学科发展新质生产力的新需求，积极推动药学行业的创新发展与转型升级，为推动我国从“制药大国”向“制
药强国”转型提供核心人才动力，为人类健康事业贡献卓越力量。 |

| New Quality Productivity presents new opportunities and challenges for the innovative development of the pharmaceutical
discipline. The integration of New Quality Productivity and the innovative experimental and practical teaching system of pharmacy is
an important direction for the current teaching reform of higher pharmaceutical education. This paper analyzes the connotation and
characteristics of New Quality Productivity, accurately positions the core qualities and key abilities required for innovative pharmaceutical
talents, and explores the construction objectives of the innovative experimental and practical teaching system of the pharmacy major and the
reform paths of experimental and practical teaching under the background of New Quality Productivity. Furthermore, it further constructs
a three - dimensional, multi - level, diversified and multi - mode experimental and practical teaching system for the pharmacy major that
adapts to the requirements of New Quality Productivity. This enables the reform and development of the experimental and practical teaching
system of the pharmacy major to further evolve in the directions of scientific, intelligent, personalized, and international development. It
provides strong theoretical support and practical guidance for the innovation in experimental and practical education for the pharmacy
major, meets the new requirements of New Quality Productivity for the development of the pharmaceutical discipline, actively promotes
the innovative development and transformation and upgrading of the pharmaceutical industry, provides core talent impetus for China's
transformation from a "major pharmaceutical manufacturing country"to a "powerful pharmaceutical manufacturing country", and contributes
outstanding strength to the cause of human health. |
