| 目的：探讨清肝汤联合舒肝宁治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2021 年1 月—2024 年6 月安义县中医院
收治的100 例慢性乙型肝炎患者，随机分为观察组（清肝汤联合舒肝宁治疗）和对照组（舒肝宁治疗），各50 例，治疗1 个
月，比较2 组临床疗效、中医证候积分、肝功能、乙肝病毒标志物、超声指标及不良反应。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组
（94.00% vs 74.00%，P<0 .01）；中医证候积分、ALT、AST、TBIL、HBV-DNA、HBsAg、HBeAg 及肝脏硬度值（LSM）均低
于对照组（P<0 .01）；2 组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0 .05）。结论：清肝汤联合舒肝宁可提高治疗慢性乙型肝炎
的疗效，改善症状及肝功能，安全性良好，值得推广。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qinggan Decoction combined with Shuganning in the treatment of chronic
hepatitis B. Methods: This study enrolled 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to Anyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese
Medicine between January 2021 and June 2024 were randomly divided into study group (treated with Qinggan Decoction combined with
Shuganning) and control group (treated with Shuganning alone), 50 cases in each group. After 1 month of treatment, clinical efficacy, TCM
symptom scores, liver function, hepatitis B viral markers, ultrasound indices and adverse reactions were compared. Results: A significantly
higher total effective rate was observed in the study group compared to the control group (94.00% vs 74.00%,P<0.01).TCM symptom scores,
ALT, AST,TBIL, HBV-DNA, HBsAg, HBeAg and liver stiffness measurement (LSM) in the study group were lower than those in the control
group (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate (P>0.05). Conclusion: Shen's Qinggan Decoction combined
with Shuganning can improve efficacy, relieve symptoms and liver function with good safety,which is worthy of promotion. |
