      目的:观察热敏灸得气激发灸中入睡效应对冰毒(MA)成瘾者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取 60 例 MA 成瘾者为研 究对象,采用热敏灸机器人在受试者神阙穴区与膻中穴区探敏定位,对其施行双点同步雀啄灸,每次 60 min,每天 1 次,每 周 4 次,连续施灸 4 周,记录得气潜伏期、得气强度,评估灸中入睡效应,采用脑电监测睡眠时长、睡眠潜伏期、深睡时长、 睡眠效率,观察灸中入睡效应与得气的相关性。根据受试者(57 例,脱落 3 例)前 5 次施灸是否出现灸中入睡分为观察组 (47 例)、对照组(10 例),比较 2 组治疗前、治疗 4 周结束时、治疗结束后 2 周的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果: 观察组治疗 4 周结束时及结束后 2 周的 PSQI 评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),对照组治疗 4 周结束时的评分较治疗前降低 (P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗 4 周结束时及结束后 2 周的 PSQI 评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。神阙、膻中穴双点同 步雀啄灸的得气潜伏期与睡眠时长、深睡时长、睡眠效率呈负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01),与睡眠潜伏期呈正相关(P<0.01)。 得气强度与睡眠时长、睡眠效率呈正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01),与睡眠潜伏期呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:神阙、膻中穴双点 同步雀啄灸能高效激发 MA 成瘾者的灸中入睡效应,该效应能改善 MA 成瘾者的睡眠质量。

      Objective: To observe the impact of deqi in heat-sensitive moxibustion stimulating the moxibustion-induced sleep effect on the sleep quality of methamphetamine (MA) addicts. Methods: A total of 60 MA addicts were recruited as subjects. A heat-sensitive moxibustion robot was used to locate sensitive points in the Shenque and Danzhong acupoints, and synchronized sparrow-pecking moxibustion was applied to these points. Each session lasted 60 minutes, conducted once a day, four times per week, for a total of four weeks. The latency and intensity of deqi were recorded, and the sleep induction effect during moxibustion was assessed. Electroencephalogram (EEG) monitoring was used to measure sleep duration, sleep latency, deep sleep duration, and sleep efficiency. The correlation between deqi and the sleep induction effect during moxibustion was subsequently analyzed. Participants (57 completed the study, with 3 dropouts) were divided into an observation group (47 cases) and a control group (10 cases) based on whether they experienced sleep induction during the first five moxibustion sessions. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scores were compared between the two groups before treatment, at the end of the 4-week treatment, and 2 weeks post-treatment. Results: The PSQI scores of the observation group decreased significantly at the end of the 4-week treatment and 2 weeks post-treatment compared to baseline (P<0.01). The control group also showed a significant decrease at the end of the 4-week treatment compared to baseline (P<0.05). Compared to the control group, the observation group had significantly lower PSQI scores at the end of the 4-week treatment and 2 weeks post-treatment (P<0.01). The latency of deqi at the Shenque and Danzhong acupoints was negatively correlated with sleep duration, deep sleep duration and sleep efficiency (P<0.05, P<0.01) and positively correlated with sleep latency (P<0.01). The intensity of deqi was positively correlated with sleep duration and sleep efficiency (P<0.05, P<0.01) and negatively correlated with sleep latency (P<0.05). Conclusion: Synchronized sparrow-pecking moxibustion at the Shenque and Danzhong acupoints can effectively induce the sleep induction effect in MA addicts, which in turn improves their sleep quality.
