| 脂溢性皮炎是一种慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病，该病缠绵难愈，病因病机复杂，古今医家多从血虚风燥、血热风燥、
脾胃湿热 3 个证型进行治疗。随着人们生活习惯的改变，现今临床上脂溢性皮炎患者多脾胃运化失司，湿热弥漫三焦，故从
三焦湿热的角度阐述该病湿重于热、热重于湿、湿热并重的不同病机特点，分别以宣上畅中渗下、清上畅中泻下、辛开苦降
为原则进行辨证论治，以期为临床提供更多中医诊治方法。 |

| The seborrheic dermatitis is a chronic, recurrent and inflammatory skin disease. It is difficult to cure and its etiology and pathogenesis
are complex, both ancient and modern medical practitioners have mostly treated patients based on three syndrome types: blood deficiency and
wind-dryness, blood heat and wind-dryness, and damp-heat in the spleen and stomach.The author found that with the change of people's living
habits, the spleen and stomach of seborrheic dermatitis patients are often lost in transportation, and the damp-heat diffuses Sanjiao. Therefore,
from the point of view of the Sanjiao Damp-Heat, this paper expounds the different pathogenesis characteristics of the disease, which include
Dampness Predominating Over Heat, Heat Predominating Over Dampness, and Dampness-Heat Being Equally Prominent. Dialectical treatment
is carried out based on the principles of promoting smooth flow and promoting infiltration, clearing smooth flow and promoting diarrhea, and
inducing bitterness and reducing symptoms, in order to provide more TCM diagnosis and treatment methods for clinical treatment. |
