| 明代温补学派代表医家孙一奎著述宏富，学验俱丰，其外科学术诊疗思想自成体系，尤其是在痈病的病因病机、诊疗
施治、遣方用药等方面独有创见。其治疗痈病总以调气活血，气血并治；慎用攻伐，固阳扶正；明辨病程，及时施治为诊疗施
治原则；在遣方用药上，则以通治方为纲，灵活化裁，且善用对药，强调内外兼治，尤为重视灸法。系统总结孙氏辨治痈病的
临床经验，以期为痈病的临床诊疗提供参考与借鉴。 |

| SUN Yikui, a representative physician of the Wenbu School in Ming Dynasty, is rich in his writings, his learning and experience.
And his thoughts on surgical diagnosis and treatment form a unique system, especially in the areas of etiology and pathogenesis, diagnosis
and treatment, and prescription and medication of carbuncles. His principle of treatment of carbuncle is always based on regulating Qi and
promoting blood circulation, and treating both Qi and blood; being cautious in using aggressive methods, Guyang Fuzheng; distinguish the
course of disease and treating it in time. In terms of prescription and medication, the general treatment formula is the key, with flexible
adaptation and good use of paired drugs. His emphasis is placed on both internal and external treatment, with particular attention to
moxibustion therapy. This article aims to summarize SUN's clinical experience in the treatment of carbuncle systematically, with a view to
providing reference and inspiration for clinical diagnosis and treatment of carbuncle |
